Grief and Loss

Loss is one of the hardest things we experience in our lives. Despite being a normal experience, there is a discomfort about grieving or supporting someone experiencing grief. In counselling, I help you work through what is a normal experience and yet unique experience.

Some of the losses you experience may not be what others consider significant. Depending on your type of loss, you may need to choose your audience. Sometimes friends and family are not the ones to share your feelings.

As a professional in this field, I know your loss becomes part of who you are. Your loss matters and is deserving of witness.
